In 2025, we relocated to our new 35,000㎡ smart factory featuring automated production lines, CNC machining centers, SMT assembly lines, and advanced testing laboratories. We maintain strict quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Automated SMT & Electronics
Our in-house Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines feature high-speed automated placement systems. We implement 100% AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) to ensure the precision of LED driver circuits, preventing defects and ensuring long-term electronic stability.
Precision CNC Machining
Aurora bodies are machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Our 5-axis CNC centers enable complex thermal cooling fins and ergonomic textures, finished with Type III military-grade hard anodizing for superior scratch and corrosion resistance.
IATF 16949 Reliability Center
As an automotive-grade supplier, our reliability testing goes beyond standard requirements. We operate salt spray chambers, thermal cycling ovens, and high-frequency vibration platforms to verify every batch against IATF 16949 standards.
IP68 & IP69K Waterproof Labs
Our specialized waterproof laboratory features pressure-test tanks for deep-sea simulation. We verify our products not just for rain resistance, but for complete long-term submersion and high-pressure steam cleaning (IP69K).
